Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to enable topline growth and margin expansion through financial analysis and practical counsel
- Act as a financial adviser to the leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments
- Drive the detailed development of the annual operating plan and financial forecasts
- Perform variance analysis interpreting the impact of results against monthly, quarterly and yearly plan/forecast
- Present monthly financial results to business leadership
- Develop new and enhance existing processes used in financial modeling
- Partner with business leaders on plant expansions and potential M&A opportunities through financial analysis and modeling
- Perform ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs
- Provide training aimed at improving financial acumen within the business
- MBA (or equivalent master's degree) with a finance or accounting concentration
- 5-10 years of financial analysis experience
