Job Summary

A CNC Machinist is responsible for operating CNC machining centers to manufacture and fabricate precision machined parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines, blueprint reading, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machining centers to manufacture and fabricate precision machined parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including tooling and fixtures
  • Perform in-process inspection and quality control
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines as needed
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience working with CNC machines
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Work Environment

The CNC Machinist will work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
