Job Title: Physical Therapist

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Dodge City, Kansas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in a SNF / LTC setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a SNF / LTC setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a SNF / LTC setting
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Kansas
