Job Title: Treasury Manager

At Truck Hero, we are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee our cash management operations. This is a critical role that requires strong financial expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash forecasting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information for business decisions.
  • Lead the 13-week cash forecasting process, implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance visibility and accuracy.
  • Oversee banking relationships, evaluating platforms and managing hedging strategies to minimize risk.
  • Develop and maintain SOX-compliant processes and controls for treasury management operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Controllers and Procurement teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive treasury experience, with a focus on cash management and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders.
