  • Managing and maintaining equipment, while reporting any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the designated market.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to highlight our fire and life safety solutions.
  • Prepare proposals that outline recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Provide persuasive presentations to clients, addressing their specific safety requirements.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their fire safety needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of fire and life safety systems.
  • Perform on-site inspections to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to provide knowledgeable consultations.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing safety training to uphold a high level of awareness and preparedness.
  • Address on-site challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb ladders to access rooftops of commercial establishments.
  • Capability to squat, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. over a distance of at least 100 feet.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and work efficiently.
