Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience in a MedSurg setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
