Cardiac Sonographer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a critical role in performing Echocardiograms and other related duties to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Echocardiograms/Ultrasounds of the heart following standard procedures
  • Document all readings, measurements, and technical information appropriately into the electronic medical record system
  • Dispense Echocardiogram reports to the assigned Physician for reading and interpretation
  • Ensure the highest quality of patient care while performing the study, ensuring ICAEL requirements and standards are met
  • Perform Patient Education following standard procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Attended accredited and licensed school of Echocardiography
  • Certified in Adult Echocardiography
  • Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
