Job Overview

At Sinclair and Rush Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced level maintenance and repair of production, building, and facility equipment
  • Assist with the installation and startup of new equipment
  • Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving services to ensure minimal downtime
  • Continuously improve and implement new technologies to enhance maintenance efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing preventative maintenance position
  • Advanced understanding of PM systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical control systems
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and LME/LMI electrical license preferred
  • Proven mechanical abilities and use of standard shop hand and power tools
  • Ability to maintain and repair machinery safely and quickly, with full attention to detail and quality workmanship
