Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced level maintenance and repair of production, building, and facility equipment
- Assist with the installation and startup of new equipment
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving services to ensure minimal downtime
- Continuously improve and implement new technologies to enhance maintenance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety rules and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing preventative maintenance position
- Advanced understanding of PM systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical control systems
- Knowledge of PLC programming and LME/LMI electrical license preferred
- Proven mechanical abilities and use of standard shop hand and power tools
- Ability to maintain and repair machinery safely and quickly, with full attention to detail and quality workmanship
