Nurse Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our nursing team at The Village of St. Edward. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct resident care, supervise and direct care provided by nursing assistants, and participate in continued professional development.

• Provide direct resident care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise and direct care provided by nursing assistants
• Participate in continued professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Current Ohio LPN License or RN License
• Preferred experience in assisted living/memory care setting
• Good physical and mental health
• Possesses the necessary dexterity to perform injections, IVs, etc.
• Able to lift, push, and pull 35-50 pounds independently, and over 50 pounds with assistance
• Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles
• Walks, stands, and sits intermittently during the day
• Follows all Infection Control practices
• Must have reliable transportation
