This is a full-time position offering 30-40 hours per week, with a weekend requirement of 3/6 weekends.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention and STI prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform administrative duties, including patient charting, follow-up, and inventory management.
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a FIT test.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in additional languages, such as Spanish, preferred.
- Competitive pay range: $81.11 per hour.
