Carpenter III

Join Carowinds as a skilled Carpenter III and contribute to the maintenance, repair, and construction of our park, restaurant, and office buildings.

• Plan and execute repair schedules for park equipment and vehicle maintenance programs.
• Inspect, service, test, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles and equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes, tractors, forklifts, and JLG lifts.
• Use measuring devices, carpentry tools, concrete tools, and landscaping tools to perform tasks.
• Document work performed daily and prepare maintenance documentation and inspection forms.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related vocational training preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of carpentry or general construction experience.
