We are seeking a highly qualified Elementary Librarian to join our team at Champaign Unit 4 Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational and informational resources to students, teachers, and staff.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive library program that aligns with the district's curriculum and educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into the classroom and support student learning.
• Provide instruction and guidance to students on research skills, literature appreciation, and information literacy.
• Maintain a well-organized and welcoming library environment that promotes a love of reading and learning.
• Stay current with educational trends, technologies, and best practices in library services.

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Elementary Librarian Endorsement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
• Experience with library software and technology, including online catalogs and digital resources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
