About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager / Program Manager to join our team at HCLTech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of end-to-end delivery, including customer, operations, and financial management
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects, including Microsoft.Net projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on account growth and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in managing and implementing process improvements, including automation and optimization initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and project management principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements:

  • 15-18 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in managing large-scale projects, including Microsoft.Net projects
  • Experience in managing and implementing process improvements, including automation and optimization initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
