Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant - Clinical Partner to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting registered nurses with various nursing tasks, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist registered nurses with patient care activities such as bathing, feeding, and ambulating patients
- Collect and document patient data, including vital signs and medical history
- Contribute to patient education and counseling on health-related topics
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
