We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team at TriHealth. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulations
  • Participate in relevant committees
  • Assist in orientation and training of new hires, and precept pharmacy students and residents

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Active pharmacist license in the state of OH
  • Prescription formula and mathematics for calculating dosage and quantification
  • Working knowledge of all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist, preferably inpatient or infusion pharmacy experience
