About the JobThis is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, days. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, with a valid state radiology registration and at least 18 months of experience in MRI technology.
Responsibilities- Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients and coils on the MRI table, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Inject contrast media as required, following established protocols.
- Set technical parameters, observe image data, and recognize abnormal images.
- Respond to life-threatening situations, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration.
- At least 18 months of experience in MRI technology, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
- Full coverage of all credentialing fees.
