MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Washington, Missouri.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, days. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, with a valid state radiology registration and at least 18 months of experience in MRI technology.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and coils on the MRI table, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Inject contrast media as required, following established protocols.
  • Set technical parameters, observe image data, and recognize abnormal images.
  • Respond to life-threatening situations, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration.
  • At least 18 months of experience in MRI technology, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
