We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Registration Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping patients check into the hospital, answering questions during registration, and building trust through accurate and compassionate interactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment
  • Help people who may be very ill or worried by listening carefully and easing their anxiety
  • Collect patient and insurance information, working quickly and adapting to unexpected situations
