**Job Overview:** Carthage College is seeking a highly motivated and organized Residence Life Administrator to join our team. This role will support the academic, social, and personal growth of our students by assisting with community development, supervising student staff, and participating in on-call response and crisis management.

**About Carthage College:** Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, Carthage College offers a unique blend of liberal arts traditions and desirable degree programs. Our beautiful campus is home to over 2,600 undergraduate students and 200 graduate students.

**Responsibilities:** The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with community development and supervising student staff
  • Participating in on-call response and crisis management across campus
  • Serving as a conduct officer for first-level offenses
  • Working with students to resolve concerns related to student success and retention

**Requirements:** We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, experience in student affairs, and the ability to use standard office equipment. A bachelor's degree is required, and we prefer candidates who have worked in residence life or a similar field.

**Benefits:** Carthage College offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

**Estimated Salary:** $52,500 per year.
