Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Niagara Bottling is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, including injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
  • Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Lead a team of maintenance workers to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising a team of maintenance workers.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration.
