Staff RN MedSurg Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg team at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center. As a Staff RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with industry trends and advancements.

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
