About the Role

Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a licensed psychologist to perform psychological assessments and testing for individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments for OBRA pre-admission screening and annual resident reviews
  • Administer psychological testing instruments, including the WAIS-IV, for guardianship hearings
  • Prepare interpretive reports and testify at guardianship hearings
  • Recommend programming and placement based on individual needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, licensed by the state of Michigan (TLLP, LLP)
  • Specialized training or one year of experience in treating or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Competency in completing psychological testing and ability to testify at court hearings
Compensation

The rate for this position is $130 per assessment and $80 per hour for testing and testimony.
