Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN to join our team at The Queen's Medical Center. As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN in a large tertiary/quaternary medical center setting.
  • 2+ years of experience as an ICU RN prior to Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Valid Hawaii RN License.
  • Full compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a cardiac cath lab environment.
  • Knowledge of cardiac cath lab procedures and protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
