Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Customer Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.">
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, type correspondence, and distribute mail in a timely manner.">
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies and performing other duties as requested by management.">
  • Meeting Support: Type and distribute meeting minutes, maintain trace files, and prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOS) as per client needs.">
  • Business Center Support: Assist with daily operations of the Business Center, copying, faxing, and mailing documents as needed.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.">
  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.">
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications, including typing and data entry skills.">
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.">
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly.">

Working Conditions: This position requires regular attendance and may involve long hours, including evenings and weekends. A warm and friendly demeanor at all times is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
