Position Overview:
As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services. Your expertise will be vital in evaluating, planning, and executing personalized treatment strategies that empower patients to regain their physical capabilities and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to identify strengths and limitations.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, utilizing best practices in rehabilitation.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and various interventions aimed at improving patients' mobility and strength.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, exercises, and recovery strategies to foster understanding and compliance.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Track and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and patient responses in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay informed about advancements in physical therapy.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff and assist in their professional growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to create a supportive rehabilitation environment.
  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols regarding patient and facility information.
  • Be prepared to travel between facilities as required and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Demonstrated experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical acumen and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and standard office software.

  • Leadership capabilities to guide and supervise support staff effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Organizational skills to manage time and resources efficiently.
  • Analytical skills for assessing patient needs and developing effective treatment plans.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and assist patients, with a capacity to handle significant weight.
  • Capability to engage in physical activities such as walking, bending, and standing throughout the workday.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to operate therapeutic equipment and perform necessary physical tasks.
