Volt is a leading manufacturer in the City of Orange, CA, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist and Automation Specialist to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in creating and editing CNC programs using Amada's AP100 software. As a CNC Machinist and Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing complex CNC programs
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC machines
  • Maintaining high production quality and efficiency

You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure seamless integration of automation systems and maximize productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming
  • Proficiency in Amada's AP100 software and other CNC programming tools
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and automation systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
