We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ESG Analyst to join our team at Asplundh. As a key member of our Sustainability Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Vice President of Sustainability and key stakeholders in achieving our environmental, social, and governance goals.

• Collect and analyze data on ESG key performance indicators, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain reports on ESG performance, including annual sustainability reports and customer requests for climate data.
• Support new business proposals by researching and writing responses to ESG-related questions and editing existing content to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Assist the Vice President with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense management, and calendar management.
• Provide research support for special projects, including creating slides based on research results.

• Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with new technologies and apps that support ESG work and reporting.
• Preferred experience or background in environmental science, ESG, sustainability, social research, or data collection/evaluation.
