This position is responsible for creating and managing 3D models using Autodesk Revit software. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of Revit and experience working on large-scale construction projects. They will be responsible for creating families, views, and sheets, as well as supervising modeling and documenting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create project-specific families and views* Supervise modeling and documentation efforts* Lead and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery* Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with REI standards* Participate in quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness* Identify and resolve technical issues related to modeling and documentation
Requirements:
* Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or related field* Minimum 5 years of experience with Revit and electrical drafting conventions* Advanced knowledge of Revit software, including creation and manipulation of families, views, and sheets* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle (or similar systems)* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines* Strong understanding of REI BIM processes and procedures* Fluency in reading 2D plans, electronically or hard copy
