Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Dowbuilt, a leading construction company in the industry. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the highest quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the job site, including loading and unloading materials, installing property protection, and organizing tools and materials.
  • Provide assistance with sitework, including digging trenches and other tasks as required.
  • Work in an organized and efficient manner, taking initiative to identify and complete tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear and concise information and ideas.
  • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining job site security, including ensuring the safety of all people, tools, and materials.
  • Occasionally drive a company vehicle, depending on site location.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment and on uneven terrain.
  • Ability to work in tight or high places, such as scaffolding and crawlspaces.
  • Basic carpentry tools, including a belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30' measuring tape, cordless drill and bit holder, gloves, and hammer.
  • Basic understanding of job site organization and construction practices.
  • Positive attitude, self-awareness, and care for others.
  • Some knowledge of safety and health procedures (ongoing safety training provided).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • U.S. work authorization.
