Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Equity Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

1. Client Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide personalized banking solutions and recommendations to meet clients' financial objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products and services.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with clients to understand their banking needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies.
• Identify and report any suspicious activity or potential risks to management.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.

• Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous banking experience preferred.
• Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
