About the Role

Arbour Counseling Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team in Worcester, MA. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in our Partial Hospitalization Program.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct intakes and manage cases and crises
  • Collaborate with other medical service providers, state agencies, and community resources to support clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a higher level of care, such as a psych hospital or residential program
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle clients in crisis
  • Nonjudgmental approach to fostering self-sufficiency and establishing trusting relationships
