Job Responsibilities
  • Guide customers in-store to help them find the right products for their projects and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Acquire proficiency in our Point of Sale system and paint tinting machinery to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain a well-organized and stocked showroom, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Assist in receiving and processing inventory shipments, which may require physical handling of products.
  • Learn and adhere to daily operational procedures, including opening and closing protocols and equipment maintenance.
  • Support local delivery efforts as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a paint retail environment is advantageous.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and technology.
  • Strong communication and listening abilities.
  • Capable of managing a physically demanding workload (lifting up to 60 lbs).
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor.
  • Valid driving record.
