Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Activity Coordinator to join our team at the Colonial Manor Nursing Center. As a key member of the Activity Department, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents
* Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify resident needs and preferences

* Recruit and supervise volunteers and staff
* Manage department budget and resources

Requirements:
* Associate's degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, or related field
* 1+ year of experience in activity programming or recreation therapy
* Valid driver's license
* Certification in recreation therapy or social work preferred
