Truck Driver Regional Position

21st Century Personnel is seeking a motivated Class A truck driver for a regional position.



This dedicated account will operate in NC, SC & VA, offering a unique opportunity for drivers to explore the region while maintaining a consistent schedule.



Requirements:



  • At least 6 full months of recent solo verifiable tractor trailer experience
  • OR 1 full year of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience
  • Experience must be with trailers that are at least 45 ft
  • Local driving experience will be counted towards overall experience


What to Expect:



· Drivers will utilize lift gates to unload rolltainers of freight, which may require breaking down into smaller units



· Tues-Sat schedule with Sunday & Monday off



· Those living in the immediate area may have the opportunity for home-based hr. breaks in addition to their 2 days off



· Competitive pay package with CPM and stop pay of $20 - $23 per stop



· Weekly base pay is $1,300



· Annual team share bonus of $2,600 - $2,900 paid out to all drivers



· 1193 miles per week



· Layover & detention pay



· Quarterly safety bonus paid out at $.35 CPM on all miles driven for the quarter



· 2018 auto & 10 speed tractors



· Complete full benefits package available immediately upon hire



· Local 2 day orientation
