Job Title: General Foreman

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Quality: Promote a culture of safety and quality on our job sites, ensuring that all employees adhere to our safety protocols and best practices.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our job sites, including managing resources, equipment, and personnel.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the tree industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
