Land Surveying Professional

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Surveyor to join our team at Timmons Group, a leading engineering and technology firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our company.
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of surveying experience and a strong background in project management. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and perform design-related surveying projects using relevant software and technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules and budgets.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Surveying/Engineering or a related field.
- Professional licensure as a Licensed Surveyor (L.S.) in one or more states.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D software, Machine Control Models, and GPS/RTK technology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
