Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on pet care and products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning animal habitats.
  • Assist with pet care, including feeding, cleaning, and handling animals.
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pet care and products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
