About the Role:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies

Requirements:

• 1+ year conducting phone sales or call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on location and experience.
