Sushi Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sushi Ambassador to join our team at FUSIAN. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a world-class experience for every guest.

This full-time or part-time restaurant job requires a strong passion for hospitality and serving while working with unique individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing not just good, but great, customer service to every guest
• Maintaining cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas
• Maintaining full awareness and knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items
• Learning to present all FUSIAN menu items in a manner that represents FUSIAN's standards and procedures
• Sharing the FUSIAN concept + story through the entire guest experience

To succeed as a Sushi Ambassador, you must possess:

• Clear and transparent communication skills
• Ability to follow instruction and adhere to FUSIAN's standards + procedures
• Integrity + accountability within yourself and towards others
• A passion for hospitality + serving while working with unique individuals
• Attention to detail + the desire to always do the right thing
• The ability to troubleshoot + remain calm under pressure

We offer a competitive salary, estimated between $13.50 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
