Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a pediatric setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and optimal care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pediatric respiratory care setting.
  • Graduation from an approved Respiratory Care Program.
  • Licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
  • Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association) within 3 months of hire.
