Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to support and accelerate decision-making processes
  • Evaluate and pressure-test current solutions and technical approaches across 8 squads
  • Collaborate closely with the main technical lead, forming a "two-in-a-box" partnership
  • Hands-on development experience in building digital applications for large North American financial institutions, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
  • Strong foundation in solution and enterprise architecture
  • Good program management skills
  • Experience and ability to interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders
  • Preferably experienced with Flutter, React Native, and AWS

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on development experience in building digital applications for large financial institutions
  • Strong foundation in solution and enterprise architecture
  • Extensive experience in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
  • Solid program management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior and business-minded individuals
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and make informed technical trade-offs
  • Preferred experience with Flutter, React Native, and AWS

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple squads to ensure cohesive technical strategies
