Job Overview

The Liberty Group is a reputable property management company seeking an experienced Apartment Make Ready Professional to join our team in the greater Charlotte area. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough apartment make-readies, including but not limited to: painting, vinyl tile installation, punch-out & sheetrock repair, and trash-outs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform minor plumbing installations, ceiling fan installations, and wall socket replacements.
  • Clean and maintain grounds, including common areas, to provide a welcoming environment for residents.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of onsite experience in a similar role.
  • Valid government-issued ID required.
  • Reliable transportation for frequent site visits.
  • Possession of necessary tools for basic turns.
Compensation:

$17-$18 per hour, providing a competitive salary for skilled professionals.
