Mathematics Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mathematics Educator to join our team at Mathnasium of Burlingame, CA.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, participating in positive interactions with parents, and becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality instruction and tutoring services to students
- Build strong relationships with parents and establish trust
- Stay up-to-date with digital educational tools and processes
- Teach in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
- Evaluate student progress and work collaboratively with team members
- Assess and grade student work and homework
- Maintain a clean and professional learning environment
- Passion for mathematics and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn and be trained
