About the Role

This position involves providing case management, life skills, group, and individual therapy services for participants in the Bartholomew County Community Corrections Women Recovering with a Purpose (WRAP) Program. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Community Corrections Program Staff/Administration to ensure compliance with WRAP Program Policies, Standards, and Practices.

You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments for each identified WRAP Participant, which may involve visits to the Bartholomew County Jail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by clients
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CLINICAL TEAM AND REFERRAL SOURCES
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies
  • Develop and implement quality clinical practices
  • Meet productivity standards and complete required contacts with clients
  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time
  • Document services provided within two business days
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Three to five years' experience in a behavioral health environment, preferably with evidence-based interventions
  • Active three-letter or associate license
