Role Responsibilities:

As a Lead Risk Management Specialist, you will oversee all facets of risk management processes to bolster capital projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering project risk management registers and processes, including conducting monthly risk assessments with project leadership and subject matter experts.
  • Executing Quantitative Risk Assessments on a monthly basis.
  • Developing project control procedures and solutions to facilitate capital project delivery.
  • Managing the monthly risk management cycle through to project completion, ensuring regular updates to project leadership.
  • Assisting in the formulation of contingency plans and their subsequent implementation.
  • Collaborating with project controls teams to integrate risks into cost forecasts and schedules.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, change management, or risk management, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Proficiency in risk management software such as Safran Risk, Primavera Risk, Oracle, OPC, or @risk.
  • Experience with Monte Carlo analysis tools.
