We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our outpatient programs within the Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Network. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership and management skills, and a proven track record of success in driving results and improving outcomes. Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to assigned programs to assure high-value services
• Work with other leaders to maintain and pursue accreditation and certifications of programs under their leadership
• Identify, report, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) relative to operations of assigned programs and services
• Prepare and monitor operating, personnel, and capital budgets for identified outpatient service areas to meet programmatic needs and financial goals
• Select and train staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor and assure achievement of productivity targets

Requirements:
• A master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
