• Primary Machine Operation - Set up, start up, and run primary machines.
• Secondary Machine Operation - Set up, start up, and run secondary machines.
• Tooling Preparation - Select and prepare machine tooling.
• Quality Control - Prepare acceptable first-piece samples, determine blank dimensions, and centering process.
• Recording - Record in-process measurements and count parts.
• Maintenance - Tear down machines, including routine cleanup and maintenance.
• General Factory Assistance - Perform general factory assistance, including operation of other machines, inspection, maintenance, sampling, and tooling.

• Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test - Score of 50+ or relevant work experience.
• Standard Measuring Instruments Test - Pass the test.
• Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Physical Examination - Pass a physical examination by an appointed Lee Spring doctor.
• Physical Abilities - Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
