Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of professional nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs and goals.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and treatments to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a commitment to completing a BSN within 5 years.
- One year of hospital nursing experience.
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty and Master's in Nursing.
