**Responsibilities and Requirements**

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and making personalized recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Meet sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
