Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Springbrook Center in Westbrook, ME. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care to our patients and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients and residents, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
