Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Develop meaningful relationships with participants and their families
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Support participants in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
